At Zaroonix, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The item is significantly different from its description.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used.

  • Hygiene-related products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Customized or personalized products.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not return any product without contacting us first.


4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchange Policy

We will gladly replace products if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Photos or videos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


8. Shipping for Returns

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
