Currently, Zaroonix delivers across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery availability may vary depending on your location.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 Business Days

  • Other Areas: 3–7 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

From time to time, Zaroonix may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most serviceable locations across Pakistan.

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel.

  • The correct shipping address and phone number are provided.

  • The full order amount is ready at the time of delivery.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their standard policy.

If the customer is unavailable or the order is refused, the package may be returned to us.

Repeated refused or fake orders may result in future order restrictions.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Zaroonix is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or incorrect contact information.


9. Delayed Deliveries

Although we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service delays

  • Unexpected operational issues

10. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Kindly provide:

  • Clear photos of the package and product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the matter and resolve it as quickly as possible.


11. International Shipping

Currently, Zaroonix ships only within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
